Well, have to go to work tonight, then its off for a few days, maybe a week. I'm going to try to get internet access so I can at least keep up with developments (even if I can't use the CS ). In any case: keep up the good work!

Ok, so I have a completely wacky (and probably unfeasible) idea for managing claims for Mesogea. First, vide the picture below:
What you're looking at is an ordinary HTML table with a cell for each cell in Mesogea. (Albeit, only a very tiny corner of it.) The concept is this:
For each cell, it would be possible (by using different cell maps/tables) to chart claims for teams working on specific cells. It would also be possible to record bugs for future fixing by creating a bug fix page for that cell. (This would, of course, only cover landscaping issues, like missing meshes, bad textures, and broken path nodes.) It would also be possible to create a color map to represent the different regions that could be referenced outside of the CS (because the mod takes a freakin' long time to load in the CS!) and information about each region so modders know what's where without having to travel all over the place. The coordinates can be turned into hyperlinks that reference the correct page based on the cell map being viewed. Owing to the size of the map, and text-file limitations, it will probably be necessary to break the tables up into separate pages.
Again: might be completely useless idea, but I thought I'd put it out there anyways.[/url]

Fantastic! That works perfectly, It will take me a while to get to grips with it, maybe there is a way of doing this online?

I'm sure that there is, but I'm not much of a programmer. My web skills basically stop at HTML and CSS (and little enough of that as it is). If you could link the cells directly to the forum threads for the teams responsible for each claim, there would be a simple and immediate way of contacting the correct people regarding specific issues without having to know all of the regions and geography in depth (which is difficult, to say the least, for a worldspace of this size). I'd love to do a Google map of Mesogea (like the one on the UESP) but that is way outside my area of expertise.

A very detailed map can be produced using Tes4Qlod, basically select the master file, then select produce map. It makes one exactly to in game scale. Works out at about 80MB, eeeek.
In Jpeg compression goes down to 17MB thankfully.
I will produce a latest and upload it.
I like your idea of divving up Mesogea by cell which is what your image map seems to do. Might be a huge scale project though just to do that.

I agree. I'm not sure it's worth the effort, but it bears pondering. There is probably an easier way to do this sort of thing, but, again, I'm not really an expert. I'll keep working on it and see what I can come up with.

I think the best way is to follow the lead that was set by Silgrad tower. They have a forum set aside where each region has its own sub forum, then each sub forum has a claim thread. I will set it up in the same way.

For some reason this forum will not allow sub forums of that kind so it might have to be threat orientated. Any further ideas?
