hi there. when i load the game i fall through the floor or water, all the building are pink and the land mass is missing. can anybody help???.

Make sure all the files in the Data folder have been loaded correctly. Textures should be there (and check in your textures directory that there is not another "textures" folder, or you'll have to move it up one). DistantLOD should be in your textures folder as well.

And if you loaded this overtop your original Oblivion, you should load up your game with all mods disabled except Oblivion.esm, hiboriamain.esm, DLCShiveringIsles.esp. Anything else, especially .esm files loaded before or after hiboriamain.esm tend to cause weird problems, like missing terrain and such.
