Astaroth is a port on the north coast of the Holorian Empire. It has decayed and become ruined, and yet still a working city, abandoned by the Empire and taken over by pirates, merchants, theives, runaways and all kinds of unpleasant people. A city with canals reaching deep in from the port to the market squares with a city wall. We need buildings and textures.
