Hello :)

I've read the BGS forum thread, browsed around this forum, and i'm intrigued.

At the moment i haven't got much to work on, occasionally working on my own faction mod.

So if this is the place to apply, i'd like to :)

My main skills are Interior Design and Scripting.

And the magic system sounds interesting, if you would like i could share a few scripted ones :)

I'm not fully experienced with scripting, but i can create quests, spells and the occasional fps killer script (object scripts with gamemode baah).

I'm mildly creative with interior design, and i should be able to find one or two ways to create a specific thing.

I hope you'll consider, thanks! :D

Oh, and i'm also a real lore killer :P

Cheesy stuff ya know.. Like an evil organisation slumbering for the past 500 years only to arise again, and eliminate the few enemies they have left and then build themselves a new beginning...

Oh my, i just told you the lore of my faction mod! :P

If i can be used for nothing else, i would gladly help with the magic system in any way i can :)

Glad to have you onboard. Scripters we desperately need as well as interior designers, and also assistance with magic. Tchan has taken the plunge and offered to lead the magic section so if you want to throw your lot in there please pop into his part of the forum and go for it, I am sure he would love to build a team. Just to let you know where things are at present with the master file, as a lot of people would be put off by not having one yet:

The regions are now about three quarters complete, another week or so should do it. The master file is at present a whopping 800MB but thats to be expected with such a huge mod. Once the master is region populated and I have ironed out the lines that the region editor leaves, and obviously sorted the roads out (another week to ten days of work) then I can load up the master and the team can download it, create the LOD and create plugins from there. All that will be needed is to send me the finished plugins and I can merge them into the master.

I noticed that you can add quests, well that is great news too. As soon as the master is done, then we can start adding in places, characters etc. There will be some huge quests, hiring a group of mercenairies to escort a merchant caravan over a long distance, going out looking for specific tribe leaders to kill, hunting down bandits, loads of it.

No worries with the Master File, already knew about it.
And i'm cool with it too :P
The size only makes me more...
desperate to get my hands on it lol ^^
