Our race makers will need certain information to create each race. As the main races need to be in the modders resource, I cant release it until they are all complete in basic format. This will allow modders to create NPCs and assign the race. Obviously several modders could be working on various parts of the Mesogean world and if each creates a different form of race for the same race it will cause issues, failures to merge esp;s and maybe even total incompatibility.

The answer is then for each race to have a list of attributes that need to be provided before DaMage and others can create the race requested and have it fit for the environment and so forth. I want everyone to try to contribute please as what you put in is what you will get out of it. Once the race is created we are stuck with it as it is, unless a very drastic change needs to be made. ALL NPC's can obviously have their attributes adjusted to fit their character but the basic racial attributes must not be tampered with to avoid incompatibility of modders plugins.

So here is a list based upon what DaMage kindly provided.

When requesting any race or sub race you must provide:

Physical Features:
Skin color
Distinishing Features, so anything outside of the normal meshes on the race. (these go in the tail slot to aviod making new body part meshes).
Height and Weight. So Tall/Meduim/Ahort - Slim/Average/Bulky
Difference between genders. This could be in height/weight values or even skin colours.
Skill bonues
Now im not sure what you are doing about the racial ablities that oblivon races have.
Certain aspects of the face morpher that are limited. Say they must have a high forehead or something, that can be set. Or a certain eye colour that they can only have. I can also, make a new eye colour if needed.
Name and Description that is displayed on the race menu in-game.
What reactions do they have to other races? Do they have positive bonues to their reaction to another race? do they hate anyone?

That about all i can think of that are needed. Ther are some other slots like Hair Styles and Eye colours, so you'll have to tell me what each race has for hairstyles. If you have custom ones that have been made then tell me and ill talk you through how to add them once the races are merged in.
