The island of Etrusca is approximately six quads in size, a huge region open for development. It has no region content, though the land itself is complete. This is more a job for a team, though initially we need someone who is capable of both management and modding in equal measure. You will need to have region editing skills or be able to bring together those who have.

Pre-requisites for Etrusca: Volcanic mountains, both active and inactive. Ruined cities, towns and so forth with devastated forest and wasteland intermingled with lush vegetation and forest as would be found on such soil. The coast is a mix of beach and steep cliffs, secret coves and hideouts as although the island has its Holorian presence and a military and naval force there is plenty of scope for piracy, smuggling and trafficking in the worst things, slaves. When I say piracy I dont mean eye patches and parrots on the spanish main. Think of the cilician pirates during the days of Rome, war galleys, slave galleys, oared raiding vessels and so forth.
